I’m the ‘C’ in CMJ Mortgages and, technically, the boss — though teamwork is at the heart of everything I do. My journey began in banking at 16, and by my early 20s I’d found my calling in mortgages. After more than a decade as a broker, I launched CMJ in 2020, drawing inspiration from my siblings’ initials and my dad’s first business. My goal has always been clear: to make complex mortgages straightforward and stress-free, offering clients the kind of service I’d want myself. Today, I’m proud to lead CMJ with Jess and Sabrina, building a business defined by expertise and unwavering client support.

I keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes at CMJ Mortgages, from managing company finances and monitoring client portfolios to submitting applications and liaising with underwriters. My role is all about precision and reliability — ensuring every detail is taken care of so clients feel supported at every stage. I thrive on the variety of each day and the challenge of finding solutions for complex cases. Recently, I achieved CeMAP qualification, adding even more expertise to the team.

I help manage cases from research to completion and I am responsible for ensuring all our compliance standards are met. I will happily create a spreadsheet for anything and everything and use them primarily to track our monthly progress and ensure we’re on target to meet our annual goals. After becoming CeMAP qualified I have recently started advising on Protection - finding tailored solutions to meet each client’s individual needs and budgets.
